Since GoingQuiet.com primarily sells new firearms, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Any defective product issues will be referred to the respective manufacturer for post sales support. In the unlikely event that your firearm was damaged or lost by the shipping company, please contact us immediately at sales@goingquiet.com and we will handle all the damage claims.

If you purchase items that are not legal in your state from GoingQuiet.com – your items WILL NOT BE SHIPPED. All returns/cancellations are subject to a restocking charge.

Restocking charge on orders under $400  - $100
Restocking charge on orders over $400 – 25%

Any items paid but not shipped or not submitted for processing in 30 days will be treated as abandoned property and restocked with a refund to be issued on a best effort basis. This is not an attempt to profit from customers, it is an attempt to get product shipped and forms on NFA items processed in a timely fashion.
