Return Policy

Since GoingQuiet.com primarily sells new merchandise, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Any defective product issues will be referred to the respective manufacturer for post sales support. In the unlikely event that your items incur damage or loss in transit, please contact us immediately at sales@goingquiet.com for damage claim processing.

If you purchase items that are not legal in your state from GoingQuiet.com – your items WILL NOT BE SHIPPED.

Any return or cancellation will be subject to a service charge. This includes all special order items.

Service charge on orders under $400  – $100
Service charge on orders over $400 – 25%

Any merchandise paid but not shipped due to lack of shipping information or not submitted for processing in 30 days will be treated as abandoned property and returned to inventory with a refund to be issued on a best effort basis. This is not an attempt to profit from customers, it is an attempt to get merchandise processed in a timely fashion.
